Low-income Utahns qualify for our help depending upon their household’s income and assets, the type of legal problem, and whether that legal problem is within our current list of priority cases. In most cases, income must be at or below 125% of the current federal poverty level for the household’s size. A person may also qualify based upon age or the nature of the legal problem without regard to the household’s financial circumstances.
